What this website collects

This website does not collect personal information about you. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, has no advertising pixels, and does not create accounts or store anything in your browser.

The fonts used on the site are served from our own domain rather than loaded from a third party, so simply reading a page does not send information to anyone else.

The map on our contact page

Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can see where our office is. The map is supplied by Google and only loads when you scroll down to it. When it loads, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and information about the page you are on. That is Google's processing, not ours, and Google's privacy policy applies to it.

Every other page on this site loads no third-party content at all. If you would rather not load the map, you can reach us on the phone numbers, email address and WhatsApp link on the same page without scrolling to it.

What happens when you use the enquiry form

The enquiry forms on this site do not submit anything to a server we control. When you complete a form and press send, the details you typed are assembled into a message and WhatsApp is opened on your device with that message ready to send. Nothing is transmitted until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.

That means the message travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to it. We receive the message in the same way we would receive any other WhatsApp enquiry.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can call us or send an email instead. Those options are on every page.

Information you give us directly

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email to ask about a service, you will usually give us your name, a contact number, the location of the property and a description of the problem. We use that information to respond to you, to carry out an inspection, to prepare a written quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver and record the work.

For commercial customers we also keep service records, because Dubai Municipality inspections and food safety audits require evidence of the work carried out.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Information may be shared where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for — for example with a building's management where a treatment covers common areas — or where we are required to by law or by a regulator.

Third-party content on this site

The contact page includes an embedded Google Map so you can find our office. That map is loaded from Google and, when it loads, Google may collect information about your device in line with its own privacy terms. The map is set to load lazily, so it is only requested if you scroll to it.

Links to WhatsApp, and telephone and email links, hand over to the relevant app on your device. We do not control what those services do with the information you then provide to them.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as is useful to respond to them. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we need them for service history, warranty and regulatory purposes.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have rights over personal information we hold about you, including the right to ask what we hold, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes to how we handle information will be described rather than made silently.
